Marc is a Sr. Director in our Client Success capability and assures the successful delivery of our projects. He focuses on developing and nurturing client relationships by building trust and providing value-added advisory services. He also partners with sales teams in developing innovative, results-driven solutions as part of building capabilities. In addition, Marc is Fresh Gravity’s HIPAA Privacy and Compliance Officer, charged with keeping Fresh Gravity compliant with security standards.

Marc is a Software and Consulting Industry veteran with over 24 years of experience. He has been with distinguished firms that include Ernst & Young, PeopleSoft, Siebel Systems, Oracle, and Serene Corporation, among others. He has been a Project Management Professional (PMP) since 2009. Marc’s current and past roles have always had a prominent project governance component, and he has valuable experience working with multiple programs, projects, project managers, and executive status reporting.

Marc’s diverse Enterprise Software implementation background includes CRM, MDM, ERP, System Integration, as well as Account Management in both the On-Premises and SaaS space. His experience with dozens of enterprise-level projects, focus on process excellence and his ability to communicate and manage executive-level needs have helped many clients achieve success.

Marc holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and M.S. in Management of Technology, both from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Marc is based in Dallas, TX.
