Sudarsana leads the Data Management team at Fresh Gravity. Her key responsibilities include guiding the team to enhance their skill set, selecting the right talent, and driving go-to-market solutions that address business pain points for our clients. She leverages her hands-on project execution background to ensure seamless delivery of client projects by providing oversight and leadership to teams located across geographies. She also leads collaborations with Fresh Gravity’s partners like Reltio and Semarchy.

Sudarsana has played several roles in her experience of 27+ years in product development, IT, and service delivery. Sudarsana comes from a technical background and stays ahead of the curve on the latest technologies in Data Management including cloud-based solutions for data warehousing and master data management. As a seasoned Data Management and Data Governance professional, she has extensive domain expertise in various industries such as Hi-tech, Life Sciences, Entertainment & Media, and Financial Services.

Prior to joining Fresh Gravity, Sudarsana worked at HCL Technologies in India, Oracle Corporation in Redwood Shores, CA; NetApp in Sunnyvale, CA and Serene Corporation in India.

Sudarsana holds a master’s degree in computer science and engineering degree from Jadavpur University, India.
