Vivek leads the successful delivery of our projects as well as manages the operational aspects of our business. He focuses on developing and nurturing client relations by building trust and providing value-added advisory services. He also partners with sales teams in developing innovative, results-driven solutions as part of building capabilities. As part of his operations management role, Vivek focuses on ensuring the best possible environment and experience for our team members.

Vivek has spent 20+ years designing and implementing business outcome driven IT solutions with a focus on enhancing the customer experience through the marketing, sales, fulfilment and service life cycles. He has helped clients like China Airlines, Virgin Mobile USA, Motorola, Walt Disney World, Gilead Sciences, Healthy Directions and TELUS Health contain and manage the inherent disruption associated with large scale transformation programs. He focuses on business integration with the goal of optimizing and enhancing operational capabilities with positive outcomes to top and bottom-line results. He is an expert in program execution models of system integration and business process outsourcing services.

Vivek has worked for Ernst & Young, The SABRE Group, Patni Computer Systems and Serene Corporation where he specialized in CRM, MDM and Systems Integration. His industry experience includes Telecom, Travel & Hospitality, Retail, Life Sciences and Health Care Administration. In the last few years, he has led several engagements helping companies migrate their business support systems to cloud-based solutions. Vivek holds an M.S. in Industrial Engineering and an MBA from Clemson University in South Carolina.
